In other words, don't insert a null structure, then assign it a style to look like you want it. All involved drawings have to be employing the same parts list and part stylse, elsewise things will go south in a hurry. You can use the default curve creation mode when you are using the Pipes and Structures insertion mode, or when you are using the Pipes Only insertion mode. In order for the data references to work right, you have to be very careful in yoursetup. I have all the styles for these things - along with everything else - in a templat drawing (dwt) then you can pick and choose what you want to bring in - and there's a box at the bottom left to uncheck if you don't want to bring settings in.which I normally don't do. The best way to bring in pipe and structures styles - and their associated label styles - is "Importstylesandsettings" at the command line. ![]() Yeah, I did a lot of work over a couple months on getting standard parts and label styles in order at my company.
